The Macallan Online Shop sells both whisky and associated merchandise and lifestyle products.

UK Delivery Information:

If ordered before 14.00 (UK time), Standard Delivery typically arrives within 2 working days.  Orders placed after 14:00 (UK time) will be processed on the next working day.

EU Delivery Information:

If ordered before 14.00 (UK time), Standard Delivery typically arrives within 7 working days.  Orders placed after 14:00 (UK time) will be processed on the following working day.

US Delivery Information:

Standard delivery timeframe is between 5 to 7 business days. Select locations offer "Get It Now" on-demand and same-day delivery options. Delivery timeframes may vary for pre-sale products and engraved products, please refer to the timeframe provided on the product page and your order confirmation email.

Rest of World Delivery Information:

If ordered before 14.00 (UK time), Standard Delivery typically arrives within 14 working days.  Orders placed after 14:00 (UK time) will be processed on the following working day.

During busy periods, orders may take up to 3 extra working days to arrive. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
